Questions
What people usually ask
What details do I need?
Date, time and place of birth. The time makes the Ascendant and the houses exact. If you do not know it, the book is still made and tells you which parts depend on it.
Are the texts written for me?
Yes. Every chapter is written from your chart: the sign, house and aspects of each planet, in Lunea’s own style. The illustrations are the same for everyone.
How long does it take?
The digital version is ready in a few minutes. The printed book is made to order and arrives in about 2 weeks, with shipping included to Europe, the UK and the US.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. You only need the other person’s birth details. You can write a dedication, printed on the first page, and choose whether we ship it to you or to them.
Which languages is it in?
English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
Which astrological system do you use?
Tropical zodiac and whole sign houses, with positions worked out by an astronomical engine for the exact minute and place of your birth.
Do I see my book before I pay?
Yes. You type your details, see your chart wheel, your big three and the first pages of your book, and only pay if you want the full chart or the book.
What if I get my details wrong?
You can change your birth details from your account before ordering. If the book is already printed, write to info@luneame.com and we will sort it out.
How much does a personalized birth chart book cost?
At Lunea the digital version costs 14.99 EUR and includes your full chart in the app and the book as a PDF. The printed book costs 59.99 EUR softcover and 69.99 EUR hardcover, with shipping included to Europe, the UK and the US.
How is it different from a horoscope or another birth chart?
A horoscope speaks about your Sun sign, the same for millions of people. Your birth chart uses where every planet was at the exact minute and place you were born, and at Lunea the texts are written for that one chart, not the same paragraphs for everyone.
What do you do with my birth details?
We only use them to compute and write your chart. They are handled under European data protection law and you can delete your account and charts whenever you want.
