Who sells

What we offer

The natal chart and its first chapters are free. The full digital chart opens every chapter in the app and includes your book as a PDF. The printed book is a one of a kind A5 copy, softcover or hardcover, and also includes the full digital chart.

The texts are written by artificial intelligence from your chart and reviewed with general criteria, not one by one. Astrology is a tool for reflection, not a science or professional advice.

Prices and payment

The price is the one you see before paying, taxes included and, for the printed book, shipping included. Payment is made through a secure payment provider. It is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions.

Delivery

The digital chart opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the PDF arrives within minutes. The printed book is made to order and ships to Europe, the UK and the US; it usually arrives in about 2 weeks. We write to you when it leaves the printer.

Withdrawal

The digital chart is digital content delivered at once: by buying it you ask for it straight away, so once it is delivered there is no right of withdrawal (article 103 m of the Spanish consumer protection law).

The printed book is made to your specifications, with your details, cover and dedication, so it cannot be withdrawn from either (article 103 c of the same law).

If something goes wrong

If your book arrives damaged, with a printing fault, or does not arrive, write to info@luneame.com with a photo and we will fix it: we send you a new one or refund you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights as a consumer.

Check the birth details, the name and the address before paying: a printed book with details typed wrong cannot be remade for free.

Gifts

The giver pays for the book and gets the confirmation. The person it is for opens their chart in the app with the QR code in the book, and it is saved in their account.

Your account

You sign in with your email and a code, no password. Keep access to your email safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live. Before that, write to us: almost everything gets sorted by talking.
