What data we use

What you give us: your name, date, time and place of birth and, if you choose, how you want us to address you. Your email, to save your sky and sign in with a code. If you buy: the email you use to pay, the shipping address for a printed book and a gift’s dedication. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we never see them.

If you give a book as a gift, you give us another person’s birth details. Only do so if you know they would not mind: once they receive it, they can keep it in their own account or ask us to delete it.

What for

To work out your chart, write its texts and make your book; for your account and sign in; to charge, print and ship orders; and to write to you about them (confirmations, shipping, problems). We do not send you advertising and we do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Providing the service you ask for (your chart, your account and your purchases), meeting legal obligations (invoicing and tax) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who we share it with

Only the technical providers Lunea needs to work: hosting and database, payments, email, writing the texts with artificial intelligence, making the PDF, and printing and shipping the printed book. They process data on our behalf, under a contract that obliges them to protect it, and never for their own purposes. Our database is in the European Union.

Some of these providers may be outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If you want to know who they are, write to us and we will tell you.

How long

For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, we delete your chart, your texts and your book. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires (generally 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or take your data, to restrict its use or to object, by writing to info@luneame.com. You can delete your account yourself in the app, under Your account. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

Lunea uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only keeps what the app needs to work: your session, your language, your chart and your sound setting.
